Accommodations


A block of double rooms (two double beds in each) has been reserved in the nearby Sleep Inn and Comfort Suites for use during the meeting.  The rooms are reserved for an arrival on the 22nd through departure in the morning of the 26th of February.  These two hotels are located right next to each other, and are very close to the University.  You will be able to walk from these hotels to the meetings in Corbett Center in about 15 minutes.   It will be impossible to drive from the hotels to the meetings as you will not be able to park on the university campus.
 

Sleep Inn:
The reduced cost of the rooms is $49.95 per night (plus tax).  The phone number of the Sleep Inn is 505-522-1700.  Their fax number is 505-522-1515.  You can also send them email at bjhead2@juno.com.  We ask that you contact the hotel directly to make your reservation. Please say that you are attending the "HERMES Collaboration Meeting"  in order to get the reduced room rate.  All reservations must be made by 22-January, after that date all unreserved rooms will be released.
 

Comfort Suites:
The reduced cost of the rooms is $62 per night (plus tax).  The phone number of the Comfort Suites is 505-522-1300.  Their fax number is 505-522-1515.  You can also send them email at bjhead2@juno.com.  We ask that you contact the hotel directly to make your reservation.  Please say that you are attending the "HERMES Collaboration Meeting"  in order to get the reduced room rate.  All reservations must be made by 22-January, after that date all unreserved rooms will be released.
 

When contacting the hotels, please provide them with the following information:   (1) number of rooms requested; (2) names of persons to be staying in the hotel; (3) arrival and departure dates; (4) credit card number and expiration date.
